Transducer Calibration System

Overview
ECON ECS calibration system is based on ECS-9108 programmable calibrator, combining with standard vibrator, standard transducer, high-precision charge amplifier and computer, constitutes the complete calibration system. ECS System adopts specialized transducer / vibrometer calibration software, calibration process is customized and will be completed automatically until calibration report generated.

Vibration and Shock Transducer Calibration Method
System Features
●Calibrate accurately all kinds of acceleration transducer, velocity transducer and vibrometer, including voltage type, charge type, IEPE, TEDS, etc.
●Frequency range is 1.0Hz-10KHz, support point-by-point comparison calibration, swept sine calibration, random excitation and impact excitation methods, etc.;
●High precision and dynamic range, system uncertainty: < 1% (under reference frequency 160Hz and reference acceleration 100 m/s2).
●At the end of calibration, it will automatically generate a detailed report, including sensitivity, linearity and amplitude and frequency response curve; all data will be input database, compiling refers to ISO17025.
●Substitution calibration option prolongs the service life of standard transducer.
●TEDS transducer support, and results wrote in it.

Frequency Response:
●Swept Sine: Definable for swept sine spectrum and frequency range 1Hz-10 KHz; Max. 4096 analytical lines; Optional swept way of linear or log frequency, user-defined sweep frequency
●Step Sine: Definable for calibration frequency and magnitude value, Max 4096 discrete points, frequency of discrete points can be 1/3 octave or 1/1 octave or optional range 1Hz - 10KHz.
●Random Excitation (FFT): To calibrate the frequency response by setting white noise bandwidth, effective value, sampling
Amplitude Linearity:
Under reference frequency, 3-32 acceleration test magnitude values can be set according to 1, 2, 5, 10 or multiples of them, to calibrate amplitude linearity.
