HVS series servo-hydraulic vibration testing system is composing of highly reliable hydraulic actuator, robust HPU, high precision servo-vibration controller, and customized table.
The adopted hydraulic actuator is built by hydrostatic technique, which features the actuator very low friction and makes actuator be maintenance-free in its life time. Meanwhile, a LVDT mode displacement sensor is built inside of the actuator to provide accurate and instant displacement signal.
The HVS series has compact and turn-key design in shaker structure. Working with ECON unique VT-6 series servo-vibration controller, HVS can deliver customers excellent performances in vibration testing.

VT-6 series servo-vibration controller integrates the capacity of servo-valve control and vibration control together innovatively and powerfully. It features HVS series servo-hydraulic vibration testing system to be delivered with compact design, simpler connecting in loop control, easy in installation and operation.
Based on advanced digital control and PID algorithms, VT-6 composes of double loop controls, displacement and acceleration, at same time. This makes servo-hydraulic shaker under a stable, reliable and precise control, with better frequency response and wider usable range.
VT-6 is a PC independent controller, all operation of the vibration system is performed through the VT-6 software computed by on board DSP. Its hardware has considerable design in connecting with different types displacement sensor and accelerometers. VT-6 is fully compliant with all servo-hydraulic vibration systems from other vendors.

HVS-25.4 road simulator has considerable 4 posts design with multiple hydraulic actuators and dedicated wheel-pan, sophisticated time domain MIMO loop control. HVS-25.4 meet all testing standards of vehicle road simulation, design and type test, life test, end-of-line product quality test.
HVS road simulator could be extended to be 6-post, 8-post or more, for vehicles with more wheels or specified mission profile.
